Due to COVID 19, all courier/postal services are experiencing lengthy delays with shipping and delivery.
You should receive tracking updates via courier/postal services.
Orders will be processed and sent within two business days of receiving the processed payment.
If there are any delays in processing/sending your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the rare event that these delays are due to circumstances outside of our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of your order status.
Due to the courier company we use, we are unable to send to PO Boxes or Locker Boxes.
If you require your order to be sent to a PO Box or Locker Box, please contact us and let us know.Note that an additional fee for sending to PO Boxes and Locker Boxes may apply.
